No, deposits are non-refundable. When you place a deposit, we reserve that specific puppy for you and turn away other interested families. However, your deposit is transferable to another available puppy if you change your mind before pickup.

If you paid a deposit, the remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. We'll coordinate timing with you as your puppy's ready date approaches.

Our 2-year genetic health guarantee covers hereditary and congenital health conditions that may affect your puppy. Complete details are provided in the purchase agreement. All our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing to minimize these risks.
